Technica's Standard Terms & Conditions for sales and procurement. This page keeps every revision on record, with the period each one is in force — so the applicable version for any signed contract can be identified by its signing date.
A revision applies to contracts signed on or after its effective date, until the next revision takes effect. For example, a contract signed on 1 June 2025 is governed by the revision in force on that date.
