Technica's sales and procurement Terms & Conditions and Supplier Code of Conduct. This page keeps every revision on record, with the period each one is in force — so the applicable version for any signed contract can be identified by its signing date.
A revision applies to contracts signed on or after its effective date, until the next revision takes effect. For example, a contract signed on 1 June 2025 is governed by the revision in force on that date.

Procurement — Standard Terms & Conditions
The terms on which Technica procures goods, equipment and subcontracted services from suppliers and subcontractors.
Supplier Code of Conduct
The minimum standards Technica requires from suppliers, consultants and subcontractors across every Technica Group company. The Code forms part of every contract between a Technica Group company and a supplier; where a contract, applicable law or a client requirement sets a stricter standard, the stricter standard applies.
