Project Manager
Own end-to-end delivery of renewable energy and data center projects across engineering, procurement and construction.
As Project Manager you own the delivery of complex infrastructure projects across engineering, procurement and construction. You drive time, cost and quality, coordinate every interface between design, sourcing, site and client, and carry day-to-day responsibility for project performance across renewable energy and data center projects.
- Lead end-to-end execution of EPC and owner-side projects across renewable energy and data centers
- Own project performance across time, cost, scope and quality
- Coordinate engineering, procurement, construction and commissioning interfaces
- Manage client, subcontractor and key supplier relationships
- Oversee commercial and contractual matters — variations, claims, risk — with Contract Managers
- Direct structured, efficient on-site execution with Site and Construction Managers
- Drive project planning, progress tracking and reporting
- Anticipate and mitigate risk early, keeping control over delivery
- Communicate clearly to clients, stakeholders and internal management
- 4+ years managing complex projects in renewable energy, data centers, construction or infrastructure
- Solid EPC or owner’s-engineering delivery experience
- Strong commercial and contractual understanding; experience with FIDIC is an advantage
- Proven ability to manage subcontractors and multi-disciplinary interfaces
- High level of ownership and ability to drive projects independently
- Structured, proactive approach to planning, risk management and problem-solving
- Background in engineering, construction or a related field
- Fluent in English (additional European languages a plus); willing to travel across Europe
